By Dung Huynh Woke up early today, still half asleep honestly. Really wanted to find out who’s bossing the ISPL right now. Grabbed my phone before even getting outta bed, like always.
Opening the Apps
Opened the phone, went straight for the browser. Typed in “ISPL leaderboard” real quick. Hit enter. First few results… total garbage. Some news from like weeks ago. Ugh. Scrolled down a bit.
Found what looked like the official league site. Finally! Tapped it. Loading… loading… come on! Slow connection. Phone dropped to one bar. Had to step closer to the window. Reloaded.
Finding the Table
Okay, site opens. Looks messy. Lots of flashy ads and pics. Where’s the dang table? Scrolled down. Found a menu thingy called “Points”. Tapped that.
- Things I saw first:
- A list of all teams playing in the league.
- Some logo pictures, kinda cool.
- Columns with weird codes like “P”, “W”, “D”, “L”. Took me a sec – “Played”, “Won”, “Drawn”, “Lost”. Obvious once you see it.
Looked for the points column – “Pts”. Found it! Usually the highest number is top, right? Scanned down the “Pts” column to spot the big numbers.
Figuring Out the Top Five
Saw the team with the highest points right at the top. Makes sense. Then just worked my way down the list, checking the points. First one… second one… third… yup, the points got lower as I went down.
- Noted the team name for number one. Remembered seeing them win recently.
- Number two was kinda surprising! Didn’t think they were doing that good.
- Three and four were teams everyone talks about.
- Fifth spot was super close. Barely beating the team below them by, like, two points.
Spilled coffee a bit on the table. Rushed to wipe it up. Hope I didn’t mess up the order in my head! Checked the list one more time to be safe. Yep, those were the five.
Got What I Came For
So yeah, ended up getting my top five. Realized I should maybe bookmark that page for next time. Or, you know, just ask my phone again tomorrow. Who keeps bookmarks anyway? Point is, took a bit of digging and some scrolling, but got the current leaders sorted.
My take: Looks like it’s super tight near the top! That fifth spot could change any week. Gotta keep an eye on that.
